Budget: $2.9 million (Phase I)

With growth in the surrounding area and an increased demand on the facility, a program plan, phased master plan, and design were completed to create a center that would meet the programming needs and provides a new image for recreation in the southwest Jefferson County community. Other design goals included creating an open facility where visitors can easily interact, gather, and view activities. A new entry sequence, gymnastics facility, and cardio area and locker room renovations were designed to meet these goals.
