Peachtree Academy Early Childhood Development Center is a prototype building with southern hospitality characteristics based on its southeast origins. It features large front and back porches and wide double doors at the entrance with red brick and yellow painted wood.

The school sits on two acres surrounded by master planned communities. Spaces include two rooms each for infants, toddlers, three-year olds, and four-year olds as well as a kindergarten room for a total of nine classrooms that accommodate up to 168 children. There is also a kitchen, laundry, reception area, and office.
